Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Premier Private Care Miami (PPCM) for your post-surgical stay. We strive to offer our clients the utmost compassion and care. The information provided below will explain your  conditions and terms.


Payment and Cancellation


Deposits required to reserve your recovery services are to be considered nonrefundable. In the event of a medical emergency or natural disaster, please contact us immediately. PPCM will work with you to reschedule your reservation for up to one year. If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, we reserve the right to remand your deposit under these terms and conditions. In the event your procedure has been postponed or canceled, we will offer each guest, the ability to reschedule their reservation free of charge for a maximum

period of 12 months and one date change. After the allotted time, your deposit will be remanded and a new reservation with deposit must be made to book your future services. All pre-payments are also non-refundable for cancellations within two weeks prior to surgery.


A deposit is required to secure your reservation PPCM. Deposit amounts are determined by services and packages booked. Balances for all services are due 14 days prior to service. Pre-payments can be made. Failure to pay your balance 14 days prior to your surgery date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and remand of your deposit and any pre-payments for Recovery Care. If a client shortens the amount of contracted time within 14 days of service, no monetary refund will be given, and all balance payments are final.


Transportation


It is your responsibility to arrange transportation prior to surgery, including transportation to surgery. The only transportation included with our packages will be your surgery pick-up. We cover up to 5 miles from your surgery center. Any transportation further would require an additional travel fee, also any transportation, outside of Miami would require a travel fee as well. If you are requesting additional transportation, it will be available for a fee. Transportation rates are based on distance so addresses would need to be submitted to receive an accurate quote. Please keep in mind you are responsible for any parking fees for all service providers so be sure to check parking arrangements in advance.


Recovery Package


Your recovery package includes Recovery Care only, assistance with ambulatory needs, medication, instructions, reminders, light meal preparation (you provide food) and monitoring your physical well-being. PPCM does not provide medical supplies unless you purchase our all-inclusive package number #6. It is mandatory that you bring supplies required and suggested by your surgeon and for your specific procedure. Additionally, we suggest that you obtain the following items: bed pads/chux, plastic bed cover, gloves, dial, soap, abdominal

pads 5x9, gauze 4x4, Tylenol, stool softener, laundry detergent, peroxide and wipes. These items may be subject to change per procedure. Garments are available for purchase as well as all other supplies on our website. Your package does not include medication drop off/pickup. Most surgeons give your prescriptions at pre-op so you are able to retrieve them the day before. In the event your doctor does not give the prescriptions until after surgery, we charge a $60 fee to retrieve them for you. All supplies and garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Client Disclaimer


Clientele of PPCM are to understand that each post-surgical experience is different, and each person’s recovery is different. Some may require more care than others. We encourage our clients to carefully research the position of care we are extending. All care provided by PPCM is to be considered non-medical post-surgical aftercare. We design our care packages to each individual’s necessity of care. Please speak to your surgeon or coordinator to verify what type of aftercare is right for you. We also encourage each care recipient to follow the instructions of their surgeon strategically, we are not responsible for any postoperative incidences that may occur (i.e.; medication, availability from pharmacy, infection, surgical results, etc.) we are here for the sole purpose to assist you in your critical recovery hours. We intend to provide the best service as possible during your stay. Client agrees that PPCM is not liable for any post-surgical procedure or the effects of improper after care or failure of the client to adhere to the Surgeons instructions. Client understands that we are in no way

indoors or take responsibility for any surgical procedures provided by any surgeon in this area.
