Our services are 100% transparent, and our team consists of trained and certified Plastic Surgery Recovery Assistants with extensive experience in the field. We pride ourselves on offering affordable, compassionate, and personalized care to ensure your recovery journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

No, Premier Private Care Miami operates independently and does not have exclusive partnerships with any surgeons. Our experienced and certified Plastic Surgery Recovery Assistants provide post-operative care to patients who have undergone surgery with various surgeons. Regardless of who performed your surgery, we are committed to ensuring your recovery is safe, comfortable, and well-supported.

Our recovery care services are based on years of experience in the cosmetic surgery recovery industry. We provide non-medical post-operative care, including assistance with ambulation, medication reminders, light meal preparation, and monitoring your overall well-being. Please bring all necessary supplies as recommended by your surgeon.

The duration of your care with our caregivers is determined by the recovery care package you select:

• Package #1: Barbie Pickup/Setup Essentials Package - This package includes essential care immediately after surgery, with no set time limit, but the caregiver does not stay with you after the initial setup.
• Package #2: The Budget Barbie Package - Includes 8 hours of post-op care on the day of your surgery. These hours are not split between days.
• Package #3: The Sleeping Beauty Package - Provides overnight care from the day of your surgery until 7 AM the following morning or 24 hours, whichever comes first.
• Package #4: The Premier Doll Package - Offers multi-day extended care, with 8 hours of post-op care on day one and follow-up care on day two.
• Package #5: The Premier Diva Package - Includes 8 hours of post-op care on day one, with follow-up care on days two and three. This package can be upgraded to include overnight care for an additional fee.
• Package #6: The All Inclusive Premier Glam Life Package - Provides comprehensive care, including overnight care on day one, extended care on days two and three, post-op IV therapy, massages, and more.

Additional transportation and services can be added to any package as needed.

Our aftercare services cover a wide range of procedures, including but not limited to:

All deposits are non-refundable but are held for one year, allowing for one date change. If you need to change the date more than once, a $100 fee will apply for each additional change. If the deposit is carried over to the second year, you will be responsible for any difference in price if our rates have changed. Please note that if you cancel your reservation, your deposit is non-refundable. All pre-payments are also non-refundable if cancellations occur within two weeks prior to surgery.

If you book an overnight surgery recovery package, please ensure that adequate sleeping arrangements are made for your caregiver. This can include a bed or a pull-out sofa bed.

Parking for your caregiver must be provided at your hotel or Airbnb. Any parking fees will be your responsibility, so please check the parking arrangements in advance.

In the event of an emergency, your caregiver will immediately call 911. Your safety depends on open communication with both your physician and caregiver. If our caregiver is placed in an uncomfortable or potentially dangerous situation, they will retire for the remainder of your time, and no refunds will be issued for the package.

All prescriptions provided by your physician will be documented as taken. While you maintain control over your medication, our team will provide reminders of when to consume based on the prescribed instructions. Please note that any medication you take is at your own risk.

Your recovery package includes assistance with ambulatory needs, medication instructions and reminders, light meal preparation (you provide the food), and monitoring of your physical well-being. Please note that medical supplies are not included unless you purchase our all-inclusive package (#6). It is mandatory to bring all supplies recommended by your surgeon for your specific procedure. If additional supplies are needed, they can be purchased on our website, but please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

It is your responsibility to arrange transportation before surgery, including transportation to the surgery. Our packages include surgery pick-up within 10 miles of the surgery center. Additional transportation beyond this distance will incur extra fees based on distance. Clients are also responsible for parking fees for service providers, so please check parking arrangements in advance.
